A regional area is any city in South Africa that is not catered for via a daily flight schedule.  All regional areas will have a 3 - 5 day delay in the delivery time by the courier, as most of these areas are not serviced daily. The delay will result in damage to the Sea Moss gel. We do not recommend customers from who reside outside main centres to order Sea Moss gel products as it may be damaged due to longer transit times. Please note we do not issue refunds on Sea Moss gel products damaged/spoilt in transit due to delays by the courier service provider.

How do I store my Seamoss Gel?
Sea Moss Gel lasts around 2 - 3 weeks and needs to be stored in a refrigerator.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months but please decant into a freezable container or ice cube tray. (Do not use glass to freeze)
Is it safe for children?
Yes, it is 100% safe for children. However,
should be consumed in moderation compared to the adult serving size. Please consult your physician for personalised medical advice before consuming Sea
moss.
Can I use it on my skin?

ERTH Superfoods uses a third party courier system to ship all orders, therefore we do not take responsibility for any prolonged delayed deliveries caused by the the recipient being  unavailable when the Courier is trying to deliver your products.
NON NEGOTIABLE: For any problems with the Sea Moss gels please notify us within 48 hours from delivery day by the Courier. 
Leaving your Sea Moss gel in warm/hot environments can cause it to deteriorate very quickly. We will not replace any damaged Sea Moss gels that have been reported after 72 hours of delivery.
Time: Like any consumable natural product, Sea Moss gel has a limited shelf life. As time passes, even under optimal storage conditions, its quality may decline gradually if left unused to a very long time. Using it within a reasonable timeframe can help ensure its freshness and nutritional value.
